It is a 6-week women’s wellness challenge designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and confident without extremes or burnout.

  • Weekly Group Fitness Session with Laura:

    • Saturdays from 8:30AM to 9:15AM OR Wednesdays 5:15PM-6:00PM.

    • ​Saturday sessions begin January 17th.
    • Wednesday sessions begin January 21st.
    • A coach-led workout focused on strength, confidence,  and community.

  • Unlimited Group Fitness Classes

    • Attend unlimited group fitness class during the full 6-week challenge.

  • Women-specific strength training

  • Simple, sustainable nutrition guidance

  • Weekly habit focus including sleep, steps, protein, and recovery

  • Education around women’s hormones and metabolism

  • Coaching support and accountability

  • Progress tracking beyond the scale

  • Supportive, no-shame community
