& Freeze Policy

At our studio, we’re committed to supporting our members’ health and wellness goals. To maintain the integrity of our membership structure and ensure fairness to all members, we have established the following policy regarding membership holds and freezes:

Eligibility for Holds or Freezes
Memberships may be placed on hold for medical reasons only. This includes situations where a member is temporarily unable to participate in physical activity due to injury, surgery, illness, or a medical condition that restricts exercise.

Required Documentation
A brief note from a licensed healthcare provider may be requested to confirm the need for a medical hold. Documentation does not need to include personal medical details—only verification that exercise is not advised for a specified period.

Duration of Medical Holds
Holds may be granted for the duration recommended by the healthcare provider.
. Extensions may be considered with updated medical documentation.

Non‑Medical Holds
We do not offer holds or freezes for non‑medical reasons, including but not limited to travel, work schedules, or personal commitments.

How to Request a Hold
Members must submit their request in writing (email or studio form) prior to the desired start date of the hold. Requests made after the fact may not be accommodated.
