Laura Lanni

Laura Lanni is the owner of Reflexion Fitness and Wellness. She is a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through the American Council on Exercise.  She is also certified in Group Fitness and Sunrise Yoga by the Athletic and Fitness Association of America. She is a licensed Zumba® Instructor, and also a licensed Zumba® Jammer, or choreography specialist, for Zumba® Fitness.  Laura is the co-creator of the fitness program Party Sculpt® and a certified Women's Fitness Specialist though the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her studio, Reflexion Fitness and Wellness, was named a RI MONTHLY BEST OF RHODE ISLAND Winner in 2018, 2020, and 2021 and a PROVIDENCE JOURNAL READER'S CHOICE Winner in 2019. 


Laura is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. She is a certified teacher through the Rhode Island Department of Education and a member of Psi Chi, the International Honors Society in Psychology. 


Laura was formally a monthly co-host for the radio broadcast, Westerly Commits to Health, on Stereo 1230 WBLQ. Laura has lost 75 pounds and maintained her weight loss for many years.  It was through her own journey that she realized her purpose in life was to help serve others and guide them in becoming their healthiest and happiest version of themselves.


Jodi Manca

Jodi Manca has been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years. Her fitness certifications include AFAA (group fitness and personal training), AAAI (cycling), TRX, and Level I Yogafit among others from the health care industry. She is passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of the people she encounters through fitness and health. Jodi is known for making fitness accessible to all through careful instruction and movement modification.  Jodi is full time Arts Educator in Cranston, and lives in North Kingstown

Michaela Salois

Michaela Salois is a graduate from the University of Rhode Island with Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education in the area of Mathematics. She was a player on the Women’s Rugby team at URI and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Michaela is a teacher at Cranston High School East in addition to coaching Girl’s Field Hockey and Lacrosse at Cranston High School East. She is a MADD DOGG certified SPINNING Instructor and an AFAA certified group exercise instructor. Michaela has been a fitness instructor for 7 years teaching classes ranging from spin to weight/cardio training to boxing. 

Lauren McGinn

Lauren McGinn is a certified personal trainer through Athletic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA)and a certified Group Fitness Instructor through National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).   

In addition, she is certified as Spin Instructor by Mad Dogg Spinning®.  Lauren is also CPR and AED Certified.

Lauren is passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.  She teaches classes ranging from spin to weight and cardio training.  Her desire and determination in this field motivates members of all ages to meet their individual goals.

Sia Grammas

Sia Grammas is a graduate from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education.  She also has a Master's degree from Rhode Island College in Early Childhood Special Education.  She is currently a teacher in the Cranston Public Schools.  Sia joined Reflexion Fitness and Wellness as a member two years ago and since then has maintained a weightloss of about 35 lbs.  Inspired by Laura and the entire Reflexion team, she became interested in furthering her knowledge of fitness.  Sia is now a NASM certified group fitness instructor.  She brings her positive mindset and energy to every class. Sia’s goal is to strengthen and challenge the personal growth of each person she meets both physically and mentally!
