SATURDAY MORNINGS 8:30AM OR WEDNESDAYS at 6:00PM​

*no session on Wednesday 6/11 or Saturday 6/14

This program is designed to put you on the path to looking and feeling your BEST! This is not a quick fix, yet a lifestyle change that will last long-term.  What does that mean? NO MORE yo-yo diets, no more fads, no more losing weight only to gain it back in a few months or years.

This program includes ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • UNLIMITED group exercises CLASSES for the duration of the challenge

  • Weekly Weigh-Ins (if preferred)

  • One 45-minute training session per week with Laura 

    • no session on 6/11 or 6/14​

  • Nutritional Guidance with Laura

  • Before and After Measurements (Week 1 and Week 6)

  • Before and After Photos: (Week 1 and Week 6)
