Every month we offer POP-UP Classes in addition to our regularly scheduled classes. These classes are included in a monthly package or class card, or cost $12 for a drop-in rate. Join us for a 60 minute FITNESS EXPERIENCE -

30 minutes of CYCLE and 30 Minutes of Party Sculpt led by Reflexion Team Members Michaela and Laura, MUSIC VIDEOS will be playing LIVE, PARTY LIGHTS ON AND HOT MUSIC TRACKS playing to get you THROUGH this SWEAT FEST! Registration opens via our app on Wednesday, April 20th.

OUTSIDE ADVENTURE

Let's celebrate EARTH DAY together with a FREE COMMUNITY CLASS! We will meet at Neutaconkanut Park at 6:00AM. This class is OPEN TO ALL and no drop in fee will be charged. Let's get moving TOGETHER! Registration will open on Thursday, April 21st at 4:00am.
